The regulations of a CARATIV flagship Diamond / Gemstones
- Colour – Top 5; D-E-F-G-H are the only acceptable colour grading of a diamond to be on a Carativ flagship.
- Clarity – Top 7; nothing lower than an SI1.
- Carat weight – Exclusively 1 carat OR MORE; a 0.9 carat would not make the cut.
• The number of melee diamond(s) on the AVI indicates the carat weight group of the center gemstone. - Cut, polish and symmetry – Excellent (top quality).
The strict rules and regulations are extended to the fineries of colour gemstones set on a Carativ flagship, although it’s not as straightforward as a diamond grading.
Carativ flagship is where you’d find the royal blues, pigeon’s bloods and naturally-occuring bi-colours with impeccable eye-clean clarity with no treatments done on them. Not even heat treated.
